Careers

Looking for Power & HVAC technicians who give a damn.

Real work. Fair pay. On time, every week.

Who we're looking for

Power & HVAC techs at every level.

Whether you've worked the rental industry, the event circuit, or industrial sites — or you're new to the trade and ready to learn — we put good techs to work. Experienced or not, the right attitude is what matters.

We hire techs who:

Bonus: Emergency response (hurricanes), 5S knowledge, OSHA 10, EPA 608 cert, DOT medical card, forklift cert.

What you'll work on

Two kinds of work.

Contracted Labor

Generator and HVAC service, repair, and maintenance in the shop or in the field. Across construction sites, refineries, oil fields, hospitals, data centers, and emergency response operations.

Event Power & HVAC

Festivals, sporting events, broadcast, hospitality compounds. Multi-day load-ins, 24/7 monitoring, load-outs.

You won't always know exactly what's next, but you'll know what you're getting paid for and when.

How we treat techs

We're a contractor company run by techs. We don't forget what that's like.

Pay is fair and on time

No 60-day terms. No "we'll get to it after the next event." We pay every week.

Safety isn't optional

PPE, lockout/tagout, fueling protocols, confined space, hot work — by the book. If a client wants a shortcut, we say no for you.

You're treated like a professional

Real conversations. Real respect. Real explanations when something changes. No nickel-and-diming.

Honest filter

Who shouldn't apply.

We're a small operation that takes our reputation seriously. One bad tech costs us a client. We'd rather hire slow than apologize fast.

  • If you can't show up on time, don't apply.
  • If you can't follow safety procedures because they slow you down, don't apply.
  • If you can't stay off your phone in front of clients, don't apply.
  • If you can't communicate in writing, don't apply.
